No, admission is ALWAYS free.
Where can I park?
The parking entrance is at 39th Street and Figueroa. Parking is $12 ($15 after 5:00pm) per vehicle.
Is there access for visitors with disabilities?
Yes, the museum is equipped for those with disabilities throughout, and wheelchairs are available if necessary.
Are visitors permitted to take photos in the museum?
Still photography and short smartphone videos are allowed in the temporary and permanent collection galleries for non-commercial use only. No long-form or tripods are allowed without advance written permission and/or staff supervision. The use of selfie sticks is not allowed. The operation or use of any drones, unmanned aircraft/flying systems, and remotely-controlled or radio-controlled flying machines (whether or not motorized) of all types, shapes, and sizes at any time in the vicinity of or on the Museum property is prohibited.
Do you have a gift shop?
We don't have a gift shop although we do sell a limited amount of merchandise inventory at the front desk and we have an online store where you can buy a wide variety of merchandise. Click here to enter the online store.
How can I become a member?
You can become a member, renew your current membership or give a membership as as gift using CAAM's secure website. Click here and you will then be guided through CAAM's membership process. You can also purchase or renew your membership on your next visit to CAAM at the front desk.
How can the Expo line be used to travel to CAAM?
Traveling to CAAM is simple and easy. The Expo Line stops at the ROSE GARDEN and CAAM is located closer to the Figueroa Street side of Exposition Park. It's a short and pleasant walk from the METRO stop to our Plaza and Information Desk. If you're traveling from the east, visitors access the Expo Line at the 7th Street/Metro Center stop. If you're traveling from the westside of the city, the Expo Line can be picked up in Culver City.
